- 1 cup oats

- 3/4 cup non dairy milk

- cinnamon / any other yummy spices like cocoa or nutmeg etc

- 1 tbsp hemp seeds

- 1 tsp chia seeds (or more i honestly don't measure sooo)

- 3/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

- 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)

- put everything into a small pot on medium heat on the stove

- mix er up and let it start to bubble a bit and then turn the heat to low

- should only take about 5 mins to fully cook (when it starts to thicken its done)

- handful of greens (my fav is spinach)

- 1 banana (frozen is best)

- random amounts of frozen mango, blueberries and strawberries

- cashew or coconut milk

- vegan protein or greens powder (this is definitely a preference)

- you can add ice to make it extra cold

- put everything into your blender and use an amount of liquid that covers all of the veg/fruit (thats if you want a more juice like smoothie not a thicc one)

- mix until you don't see any chunkies or hear any

- pour into your aesthiecally pleasing cup and sip away

- 1 ripe avocado (hack is to take off that little top piece and if its green its ready to go)

- two slices of yummy thic bread (i like to get fresh loafs from a vegan bakery for this)

- salt / pepper / red chili flakes / garlic / onion powder or if you're lazy just find the 'everthing bagel' seasoning

- half a sweet potato cut into small cubes

- once your sweet potato is cut into small cubes, either fry it up on the stove top in some oil until crispy and add all the seasonings in here or you can bake in the oven at 400°F for about 25 mins

- when the sweet potatos are just about done, toast your bread

- scoop out one half of the avocado onto each slice of bread and mush with a fork

- put your selected spices on top along with the sweet potato

- enjoy!! and don't forget to IG story that shit bc despite what people say we still love avo toast pictures
